Day 3! (Cardio Power and Resistance)
So i think today was easier than yesterday. The moves seem to vary on the areas that they focused on giving your muscles more of a break. I work up pretty stiff today so i took some Advil and used a heating pad on my back to help me relax and then i felt good. This afternoon i went for a walk (3.5 miles) so when it came video time I was feeling good and loose and after the video I jogged a quick mile and a half to help my body stay loose because i get so stiff if i just stop. I also took all my measurements today and I wasn't too surprised by them. They were a lot easier to do then taking the day 1 photo that is for sure! I even had a friend help me do them so i knew they were right. I am just going to keep pushing play!
