Sorry I have been neglecting the blog!
...but I haven't been neglecting my workouts! I took Saturday off since I had the Too Cold to Hold race Sunday. I did OK at the race. I was kind of stressed out in the beginning because I was running a little late and had to potty and their was a long line at the potty! I had to jog to the start line just to get there before it started. I also didn't eat breakfast that morning (horrible idea!!! DO NOT DO IT) I felt like i had no energy...now that being said it was still my 2nd best time so far! When it was done and I could get something to drink and something eat I felt TONS better! In fact I even did my Insanity workout that night!
