Well I was going to wait until tomorrow to blog about my workout but I am now feeling inspired! Well this was my first time to repeat a video. I felt more prepared and I could really tell the difference! I have officially completed week 1! I am getting used to my evening workouts. Now my challenge for the next week for myself is to focus on my diet. I am working too hard to blow it on junk! As I said in my first post I have previously done weight watchers and that is my plan again. I am going tomorrow at 6PM so wish me luck!
